The SMAD-P5 Multi Interface (MI) Shoe Adaptor allows convenient, cable-free connection of the URX-P40 wireless receiver to compatible camcorders or interchangeable-lens cameras featuring an MI (Multi Interface) shoe.

Audio signals are transmitted directly from the wireless receiver to the camera without cable.

A/D and D/A conversion stages to deliver high sound quality with low noise.

The SMAD-P5 allows the wireless receiver to draw power from the camcorder via the MI shoe.

While receiver power ON/OFF can be controlled directly from the camera.
