At Ingram AV we collect and process only the information necessary to respond to your enquiries and fulfil our contracts with you. Specifically this includes your name, phone number, email address and if necessary your physical address. This information is taken at the point of enquiry either via our webform, email or telephone.

We DO NOT send out any form of advertisement via email, telephone or post.
We DO NOT make use of cookies to track you as you browse our website.

Who do we share your data with?

We DO NOT sell, rent or lease your personal data to third parties. However, in order to fulfil our contracts with you, we do share your personal data with our trusted third parties Current RMS and Xero.

Current RMS - We use Current RMS to store your personal data in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. You should review Current RMS' Privacy Policy to make sure you are happy with it.

Xero - We use Xero to generate invoices for our products and services. Xero is committed to protecting the security of your personal information and take all reasonable precautions to protect it from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. You should review Xero's Privacy Policy to make sure you are happy with it.

Data Retention Policy

We retain your personal data for a period of 5 years after the completion of your last contract with us. We do this for the sole purpose of streamlining the process of hiring equipment from us as a repeat customer.

If we are unable to remedy the situation you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office.
